Sulfa is what you are smelling and it comes from the important N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) contained in the product.  To decrease production of sulfa always keep the product in a cool place like a cabinet or refrigerator. Leaving this product in a hot location can create a high level of sulfa. 


Additionally, Brain Care II can be mixed in 4oz of water, or juice to mask the flavor/smell.
